Static Loading Supersedes Dynamic Loading

A key aspect of the Absolute Conjugate Strategy is to apply constraints to training. For example, we constrained neurological training through CARs combined with maximal and dynamic effort methods. When training the connective tissue architecture—the bottom-up element of reactive strength—we strictly follow a 2:1 ratio of static to dynamic loading. This is something we strongly suggest that NFL teams adopt, as it will dampen the amplification of their ongoing and amplifying Reactive Strength Problem.
