Uploading Knee + Hamstrings into the Neural Network of Absolute Strength
The intent of this segment of the treatment session was primarily neural—to enable the neural network of absolute strength to:
Understand what the knee joint workspace is—and how to control it
Understand where the hamstrings are—and how to utilize that tissue to better control the knee
This is the third treatment for this individual. In prior sessions, we applied Functional Range (FR) treatment into the epimysial spaces between the semimembranosus, semitendinosus, and biceps femoris. We also addressed the length–tension relationship of these tissues—progressively bringing the connective tissue architecture of the hamstrings to Point B.
Reiterative Feedback Loop → The Art of Treatment
When you have the mental models to understand the science of treatment and training, real-time programming becomes possible—and that’s where the art of programming in real time emerges.
At Absolute, we operate in real time inside a reiterative feedback loop. Each input gives us new information—about how the neural network, the connective tissue network, or the whole trainee responded—and what options are now available. We are not randomly applying modalities to symptoms. We’re strategically using feedback from specific inputs to shape the next programming action.
This is what conjugate work in the clinic looks like: Adaptive. Feedback-driven. Always programming with the intent to propagate toward Point B.
A strategy, not a pre-scripted plan.
