When we audit programming, we see almost entirely neurological work. Max effort, dynamic effort, run in conjugation, producing rapid neurological scaling. That system works—Louie’s Simmons’ Westside demonstrated it for decades. The problem is coaches took programming built for the powerlifting athlete and dropped it into college football, the NFL, and Major League Baseball without asking whether that athlete needed more network.
The result is the paradigm we’re in now: neurological abundance and biological scarcity.
The neural network gets exposed to every variable — different resistances, different intents, different velocities. The biology gets exposed to one: slow, monotonous repetition. So when the network needs to link into the biology across all that abundance, it can’t. The tissue was never trained there.
